Delegate Registration Fees & Information*


WILD10 is seven days total, divided into two aspects with a field excursion, “Wild Day”, in between. Please see the basic structure below. The main Congress is also preceded by a 2 day Global Intergovernmental Forum on Wilderness (GIFW), in Salamanca, for government employees of all types – national, provincial, local, communal, tribal, international agencies.

Full registration for all 7 days is € 390:-, or € 200:- each if a delegate attends only “The Global Gathering” or only “The Global Forum”.  For registered students (with ID), youth under 18 years, and delegates from developing countries, the cost is € 300:- for the 7 days.   The registration fee for the Intergovernmental Forum on Wilderness is an additional €115.

Day Passes for the Congress will be available for purchase on site at the Palacio de Congresos from the Registration/Delegate information desk, which will open the morning of October 3rd and be in operation throughout the Congress. Both cash and credit cards will be accepted on site for Day Pass credential purchase. €80 per day / €60 for validated students and unemployed persons.

Group Discounts are now available for those of you who will be attending WILD10 and belong to the same organization! To apply for this discount, you must have a minimum of 5 members in your group. 5 persons attending: 350€ /each person.

This fee covers entrance to all WILD10 sessions in the “Gathering” (plenary), “Forum” (working sessions), most of the cultural events, and to the seven day “WILD10 Tent”, or commercial/educational Expo that will be open immediately adjacent to the Palacio de Congresos in Salamanca.  There will be additional and modest charges for airport transfers Madrid-Salamanca-Madrid.

Additional Sessions and Trainings, pre and post

The “Global Intergovernmental Wilderness Forum” will meet 2-3 October, for employees of government agencies at all levels.  There will be an additional charge for those who are eligible and wish to participate.  There may also be other trainings either just before or after WILD10, and as these are finalized the costs for these will be posted.
