WILD10 has developed an easy to use registration site that will enable delegates to officially register for all desired components of the Congress, as well as offer the opportunity to book accommodation in one of the official WILD10 hotels, choose an optional Wild Day excursion, and book airport transfers.
Each delegate needs to be registered individually, so that they can revisit the site and their record can be maintained easily. During the registration process you will be asked to create a log -in name and a password for yourself or the delegate whom you are registering. This will establish your personal WILD10 account with the ability to revisit the registration site as you wish, to modify your registration with additional components and options such as pre and post tours.
All registrations and optional bookings will require either a credit card payment or bank wire transfer. Upon completing your registration, you will receive a comprehensive invoice outlining all components booked including additional contact information and cancellation policies.

During the registration process, you will have two payment options for completing your transaction and finalizing your WILD10 registration and optional component selections such as hotel, excursions, and airport transfers.
You may pay via credit card by downloading the credit card authorization link at the end of your registration process. The authorization must be completed, signed, and either faxed or scanned back to the contact supplied on the form. Please note that all credit card transactions will incur a processing fee, which is charged by the credit card company. These fees are outlined on the final payment portion of the registration site. Your registration will be held pending receipt of the credit card authorization and confirmed to you via email upon payment processing.
Payment may also be made via bank wire transfer. Instructions and wire information will be provided on the confirmation you will receive upon completion of your registration if you choose this option. Please note that you are responsible for any fees levied for the transaction. Upon initiating the wire transfer, please send a copy of the wire transfer, which includes your name, to the contact given on your registration confirmation. This will expedite the payment process. Your registration will be held pending receipt of the bank wire, upon which you will receive a payment confirmation email.
We request that credit card payments be completed within a 7-day time frame of registration. For bank wire payments, we request that the wire be transmitted in a 10-day time frame. If payment is not received in a timely manner, you will be notified with a final date for payment, and if not received by the advised date, your registration may be cancelled. We appreciate your cooperation, which will ensure a smooth WILD10 registration and payment process.
